JDA Member Noah Katz Spoke on a Panel at Haaretz's London Conference

On Sunday 27th October, JDA Noah Katz (UK), Chair of the Under 35 Assembly of The Board of Deputies of British Jews spoke at Haaretz's London Conference "Israel After October 7th: Allies of Alone?" on a panel about the Next Generation's Relationship with Israel. Joined by current & former UJS Presidents and the Mazkira of Noam Masorti Youth, Noah spoke about the love that young Jews have for Israel and how many yearn for their homeland to be the best it can. Discussion also focused on why there may be generational differences of opinion within the British Jewish community about Israel. The panel was met with audience applause, reflection, and occasional laughter! Other Conference speakers included former Israeli PM Ehud Olmert, former British PM Sir Tony Blair KG, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Middle East Mr Hamish Falconer MP, and Daughter of Hostages Oded & Yocheved Lifshitz and of Kibbutz Nir Oz Dr Sharone Lifschitz.
