JDA Member Shay Rubenstein published an op-ed in The Times of Israel exploring the double standards facing Israel in international airspace and commercial aviation. Rubenstein explores how Israel's airspace has maintained to stay open since October 7, 2023 and the war that followed, as well as the double-standard foreign airlines hold when it comes to flying to Israel compared to other countries facing unrest, and some even flying over Israel's airspace to reach their destination.
