A federal judge recently dismissed the Trump administration's antisemitism lawsuit against Harvard, ruling the alleged incidents "too isolated" to show a legal violation. In a new Fox News opinion piece, JD Academy member Sabrina Soffer argues this legal setback doesn't resolve the deeper issue: a campus culture, shaped by classrooms and administrators, that continues to enable antisemitic harassment.

Soffer points to a letter from 170 Harvard faculty documenting ongoing incidents, and draws on her own lawsuit against George Washington University, which led the DOJ to find GW "deliberately indifferent" to antisemitism. Her takeaway: federal enforcement moves too slowly to protect students in real time, so alumni must stay involved — mentoring students, engaging faculty, and sustaining pressure long after graduation.
