Jacob Fishman is the Governance and Diplomatic Affairs Manager at the World Jewish Congress, where he plays a key role in managing diplomatic outreach, supporting high-level engagements, and ensuring strategic alignment with WJC’s mission. He also serves as the Communications Manager, overseeing internal communications and guiding the development of the WJC website and its content. In this capacity, Jacob implements WJC’s communications strategy, producing and coordinating media outputs and substantive content. Additionally, he provides consulting support to WJC’s events and social media teams.
Jacob graduated Magna Cum Laude from Binghamton University in 2018 with a B.S. in political science. During his time at Binghamton, he held multiple leadership roles within Hillel, including serving as President of Bearcats for Israel.
Before joining the WJC, Jacob worked for over a year at the public relations firm Marathon Strategies, where he advised nonprofit organizations on risk mitigation, messaging strategies, and navigating the fast-paced political and media landscape.
